1st EuGLC Conference
A must-attend event for shaping the future of Lean Construction in Europe.

The EuGLC conference is the continuation of the EGLC Group, a network of lean construction practitioners and academics created in 2004.
EuGLC is a new departure for this network, which wishes to strengthen its European dimension, not limited to the European Union but extended to the whole of continental Europe. EGLC has therefore become EuGLC. Europe is rich in diversity, and EuGLC is proposing that the construction sector exchange best practice, culture and know-how, while defining its own lean approach adapted to current developments in the sector.
The EuGLC conference will be the annual event of this group, which will be piloted by the Lean Construction Institutes that exist in Europe. It includes all practitioners, consultants, academics, constructors, and students in the construction industry.
The European Group for Lean Construction (EuGLC) is a network of practitioners, consultants, academics, and students in the construction industry that meet to share, listen, learn, and debate strategies to develop and implement lean thinking in construction.

About the event

EuGLC 2025 is the first international conference of the European Group for Lean Construction. It aims to raise awareness of Lean Construction as a method and catalyst for improving construction processes, particularly on a European scale.
International cooperation needs to be strengthened, which is why we have invited leading international experts and pioneers to contribute to the European construction sector as a whole. The conference is also supported by the members of the European lean construction institutes.
The European Group for Lean Construction is delighted to welcome researchers and young researchers, companies and all stakeholders in the construction sector with a workshop on 3 April and an international conference day on 4 April in Lille.
